IRD Directory Editorial Note

The IRD Online platform is a global, innovative flagship networking platform to raise awareness and connect members of the wider IRD community.

      • Unique to the ever-growing field of organisations and individuals working in the IRD.
      • Sustainable, as it presents an essential tool for interaction, dissemination of news, sharing of information, and enables connection between their members.

Two main pillars of the IRD Online resources are the IRD Directory of international, regional and national organisations and the director Who is Who in IRD of individuals from around the world, focusing their work on interreligious and intercultural dialogue.

The two directories were initiated and developed with the aim to connect members of the global IRD field, encouraging individuals and organisations to collaborate and share knowledge and be successful in achieving their missions. Together they build a network which presents a great medium to support each other’s work and be used to provide a space for visibility of IRD initiatives worldwide.

The IRD Online platform is a user-focused virtual platform to serve anyone working or interested in interreligious dialogue (IRD) throughout the world. The services are primarily informative and educational, while also creating networking opportunities. The platform offers directories of individuals and organisations supported by various online resources facilitating and informing about work in the field of IRD.
